產業連結課程之學習成效

摘要

技職教育在提升個人就業力和國家經濟發展方面扮演重要角色。然而近年來技職教育也面臨許多挑戰,包括人口結構變化、高教化、科技變革、綠色及永續經濟轉型等。為了因應這些挑戰,各大專校院積極推動創新教學,以強化學生的學習成效。本研究旨在探討產業連結課程對學生學習成效的影響,以某科技大學為例,檢視其在教育部技專校院高等教育深耕計畫下,業師協同授課和企業參訪等教學活動,對學生成績、學習投入、及就業力的影響,並比較其在各學院的差異性。研究結果顯示,整體而言,產業連結課程對學生學業成績和學習涉入均有正向顯著的影響;在就業力方面,產業連結課程對學生整合創新與實務技能等專業技能,以及共通職能之養成皆呈現正向顯著的影響。然而,不同學院間的影響效果存在相當程度的差異性。這一結果表明,產業連結課程可有效提升學生的學習成效;但各專業領域需特別注意產業連結的內容,以確保其對就業力提升具有最佳的效果。

Abstract

Vocational and technical education (VTE) plays an important role in enhancing individual employability and promoting national economic development. However, vocational education has been facing many challenges in recent years. To address these challenges, universities in Taiwan have actively promoted innovative teaching approaches to strengthen students' learning outcomes. This study aims to explore the impact of industry-linked courses on student learning outcomes, examining teaching activities such as co-teaching with industry experts and company visits under the Taiwan Ministry of Education's "Higher Education Sprout Project". The results show that, overall, industry-linked courses have a significantly positive impact on students' academic performance and learning engagement. In terms of employability, these courses drive students' development of professional competencies, such as integrated innovation and practical skills, as well as general competencies. However, the degree of impact varies considerably across different colleges. These results indicate that industry-linked courses can effectively enhance students' learning outcomes, but different professional fields need to pay close attention to the content of industry partnerships to ensure optimal impact on individual employability.
